Fight The Power

Last night at Lincoln Center ImageNation saluted Spike Lee by reuniting many of the cast of Do The Right Thing, showing the film and talking about it with Stew afterwards. It took me by surprise again, the power of the movie, the tangled issues and characters it reveals. The movie's power was deepened by the experience of watching it with the people who made it.
